I already pay for my site. If it’s not working right now, why on earth would I want to pay more? I really hope that’s not how they’re thinking

Maybe they just got too big for their britches. With a paid site you think that they would fix it pronto

The biggest problem these companies encounter is the lack of qualified people to run it. I’m so tired of the ‘cut and paste’ answers.

Yes I can understand your frustration having been there on paid sites as well. Yes even thought they are well intention they do put green guys on the front line with little knowledge which is infuriating. They lack customer service with satisfaction
