I can’t remember when
Still, the sound of your voice,
Sends shivers through me
I can see in your eyes,
You know this to be
Though years have passed by,
Over and over, decayed
And we have grown older,
More tired and grayed
We still feel the spark
That once kindled a flame
As we burn with the fire,
And our love, we reclaim

I really love this one. It carries a hint of never letting go of the one you truly love.

That spark was visible in your poem. That heavenly gift to find this one soul and still feel the sparkling connection no matter how many years have passed – twin souls are twin souls! Beautiful 💖

Oh, this is so beautiful, my dear. One that tells a true Story of one love that stays together until we are old … Just so beautiful, indeed.
