The last of winter softly falls
Dressing berries in coats of white
The harbinger of spring awaits
To bid the frost its final bite
To chase it back from whence it came
And banish cold and bitter days
Let warmth replace the icy blasts
With sunlight’s glistening golden rays

Beautiful, Dorinda! Yesterday was such a beautiful spring-like day over here and today looks like turning out similar! Your poem just came at the right time!
