Frosted windows hide the light
Of shadows moving in the night
You glance to see a face so near
Blink and watch it disappear
This entity is peeking through
Looking, seeking, only you
Making its way o’er the threshold
A spirit lost in winter’s cold

Excellent little piece. Mysterious.

Thank you, Andrew 🙂 Inspired by the frosted glass at my favorite pizza place. Inspiration shows up in strange places lol

Thank you, Erika! Poem was written first, and I actually had a photo of my own to use but this one worked much better 🙂
