How silly is Triskaidekaphobia?
It’s only a number, after all
Even the Roman’s chose the fifteenth
Twas when Caesar took his final fall
So why do we associate thirteen
With ladders, cracks and black cats?
Is it just another mischievous way
To scare others into thinking that
Something terrible will surely happen
If they pay no heed, to the supposed curse
We’ll let them think it’s just another day
But we know it to be much worse
