Mama often taught me how to act like a lady

Told me to never let loose, nor do anything rash

Until I found out, how marvelous it is, being zany

As far as I’m concerned, I’d much rather be brash

I try to negotiate my way through life, but sometimes fail

I always seem to find myself in a hurry, forever yearning

But life’s a cornucopia of things, and too often, I am frail

It’s time for me to contemplate, what really is concerning

But the members were much too terse

They started a foray, twas a terrible sight
