And the majestic blue jay has returned, adding more color to my backyard

Wonderful shots! 🙂 I’ve been telling people this lately: I used to breed macaws and believe me, i do not any longer feed peanuts to birds. Peanuts (even human grade) often contain aspergillus which can easily kill birds. Other seeds (for outdoor birds) are fine.

Thank you!! I usually put the peanuts out for the chipmunks, but I have to admit, the blue jays are hogs!! The other birds don’t seem to go for them. They like their seed.
