A streetlight casts an eerie glow
Illuminating, lanes below
Snow dust, blows, among the trees
Quietly drifting, in the breeze
Coating all, that once was green
Creating a flawless, ethereal scene

Beautiful description of winter. You write about winter and you actually look forward to it and then reality hits me and that is the reason I moved out west to escape the winters. Be well.

I’m not crazy about winter at all, except for the first snowfall (providing it’s not a blizzard lol). I’m an autumn girl all the way 🙂

I’m all for Autumn. It is my favorite season and snow it has been falling here all day and to continue until Sunday. That is a lot of snow for us. Pretty when you have a build up on trees. I’m not crazy about winter also. We have a saying here lovely to look at and it can stay on the mountains. We rarely get snow here. And when we do everyone complains. It is actually comical to hear them.
