She writes, to drive away reality
Lost in worlds, of immortality
Searching passages of ancient rhyme
To drown the sorrows of life, unkind
Once written on a single page
Smeared about, by senseless rage
This story, penned, becomes a blur
The one that’s known to only her

Thank you, Erika!! This is true, but this writing was about what was held secret (there’s that word again). I’m not sure it freed her in any way.
