You have to wait to enter the world
Fingers, toes to come unfurled
You have to wait to come of age
Teenage hormones filled with rage
You have to wait to graduate.
Take the time to find your mate
You have to wait for the results
The doctors have to all consult
You have to wait to know what’s true
You have to know what’s right for you
You have no time to sit around
This waiting game is quite profound
You have to wait, it’s so absurd
Wait really is a four letter word

Ohhhhh, this is cute Dorinda. Wait really is a four letter word. The only difference between this four letter word and the others, is that great things can come from it.

Thank you! And yes, great things can come from waiting, which is exactly what I’m hoping for 😉
