I believe…
We call them angels
Spirits halting evil
Bravely standing
Arms spread, shielding us
From the wicked trying
To intervene on an
Otherwise ordinary day
Absorbing the impact
Of unforeseen perils
Watching over us
Comforting us
In our time of need
True Guardians of life
