Snow has fallen, the children cheer
They’ve wanted to go out and play
To them, a most favorite time of year
To us, it’s just another winter’s day

True! Today we had the first snow in our valley too. I remember when the first little snow fell and the kids wanted to go outside, build snowmen, and ride their sleighs… when you could still see the grass between the thin layers of snow.
