She flutters
Like the falling leaves
With wings the shades of change
Melding
With the autumn trees
Her colors rearrange
To shades
Of green and vibrant red
And orange-yellow hues
Beguiling
In her subtle glow
She makes her fall debut

Yes, the drought. The trees started taking their “food” from the leaves to survive. Some few already dropped their leaves in summer.
