And once again, I am at a loss for words. The senseless slaughter of innocent people, simply enjoying life, listening, dancing, smiling. One human is all it took to take that away from them. My heart goes out to the victims, and their families. God bless them and keep them.
Many thanks to the first responders, for a compassion that just floors me. I have heard that some of the police, armed only with a pistol, became human shields in protecting others. That, to me, is a true heroism.
The lack of respect some have for our country is disturbing. The lack of respect for human life goes beyond that.
God bless us all on yet another sad day in America 😦

It seems living in the USA is more dangerous than living in SA.

I have really tried to not go on a rant when these thing happen. The usual suspects on both sides of the political aisle start their propaganda. Then you have the idiots on social media who say things that are just made up. They have no idea what it is going to take to process the scene. It will take time and for those idiots on the cable news networks they want answers now. Just for the record I did not vote for either one of the candidates. It was highly disrespectful of the white house press corps to badger the press security about policy issues. This is not the day.

Forgive me if this doesn’t come across the way I mean it. Typing hardly reflects emotions. My post has nothing to do with politics at all. It was written because I am having trouble processing how one human could lack the respect of another so much so they feel the need to take a life. All the news station blab what they think people want to hear, sadly there are a lot of people who do want to hear it. I do not. I bow my head and pray to God, hoping one day, in the words of John Lennon, “The world will live as one”.
