That’s so awesome!! I need to do the same but am having trouble with willpower… any suggestions?

Always the difficult part – managing our wants and needs! Took me the best part of 6 months to make a full shift – didn’t really believe that what I put in me could really make that much of a difference! Boy, was I wrong! And the more I progressed, the better I felt (and the worse if I ate something my body doesn’t like!). Kinda becomes self-motivating.
Maybe make a commitment to yourself to do a cleansing period (say 6weeks) then re-introduce one thing at a time for a few days and see if any reaction.
So, not a question of ‘giving up ‘ anything but rather getting a clean base then finding out what suits your body and what doesn’t.
