Sometimes I lie awake at night
Wondering what tomorrow brings
Silver linings in the clouds
Sunrise made of golden rings
Trees that glisten emerald
Like gems against the sky
Flora dressed in sapphire and ruby
So much grace before my eyes
Silent waters crystal shine
Reflecting off the land
Prismatic shadows dance about
Their colors softly fanned
These beautiful adornments
No bracelet, brooch nor ring
Can ever match the splendid glory
Mother Nature always brings
Cast your eyes upon these stones
Their brilliance sparks a flame
There can be no price upon these jewels
Their cost to grand to name
